Wonderful family in Kamloops Ward. They are just the best missionary family. Well, about our investigators, one is a Lamanite and he lost his son and his brother about one month ago and now he has gangrene and is not so healthy. He had a stroke and later we were called to the hospital to give him a blessing and we have been meeting ever since. Another family we are working with loves to come to church, especially Fast and Testimony Meetings. The dad is the only one reading The Book of Mormon, but they know lots of the people in the Ward and the wonderful Ward embraces them like family. We have one man in the Ward who has been an investigator for ten years. I hope it is not that long for Z—–. She knows the gospel is true, believes in the prophet Joseph Smith and The Book of Mormon. She knows she needs to have baptism by those who has the authority, to enter into that straight and narrow way.
Another happy day, with mail recieved!!! Thank you.
Our New Mission President starts July First. That is his first day as Mission President of the Canada Vancouver Mission. ( President Ronald P. Burt and Sister Leslie K. Burt.) We may have another baptism soon with T—–. She is 14 years of age.
I answer to your question, “Nope. Not a lot of bears here in Kamloops, but I hear there are a few in Salmon Arm.” Thanks to all. Elder Winkler
